Lars Luscuere, Msc. is Scientific Project manager at EPEA Nederland B.V. He is project manager and co-developer of the Buildings as Material Banks (BAMB) project which was commissioned by the European Commission under the Horizon2020 programme. He recently published on this with the paper ?Material Passports: Optimising value recovery from materials? in the ICE journal. In this project he leads the development of Materials Passports as tools to better use potential value of materials in a Circular Economy. He acted as researcher for the study ?Luxembourg as a knowledge capital and testing ground for the circular economy" commissioned by the Ministry of Economy of Luxembourg. Lars has a background in Human Technology and Industrial Ecology. Industrial Ecology studies the application of Circularity to sociotechnical systems. Graduating Human Technology on an innovative method for measuring sustainability related ambitions at the CEO-level, and Industrial Ecology with a sociotechnical perspective analysis on the resiliency of the Dutch electricity grid with regards to climate change and its effects.
