(TAU), and Doctor Honoris Causa (Ovidius U.); founding editor-in-chief, “Law, Society and Culture”; past editor of several law reviews; member, Scientific Board, Review Dionysina; member, Academic Council, Int’l Academy for Jewish Leadership; member, scientific committee, NEDES Int’l Conferences on Nondiscrimination and Equal Opportunities; member, Commission for the Codification of Inheritance Law; chaired the Law Commission for Journalists’ Privileges; member, Academic Council, Shalem College, Jerusalem; Senior Fellow, the Int’l Advisory & Research Council, Potomac Inst. for Policy Studies, Inter-University Center for Legal Studies & Int’l Law Institute, George Washington U.; fellow, Inst. for Global Legal Studies, Washington U; former Head, Taubenschlag Inst. of Criminal Law; served as academic advisor to the Knesset on adopting a constitution for the State of Israel; member, GELF Scientific Committee; Member, Steering Committee, ICLARS; member, G20 Interfaith Forum Advisory Council; Vice President of the Honorary Committee and member of the Board of Experts, Int’l Association for the Defense of Religious Liberty, and many other organizations.
